↓ one parcel, four corners
Greetings from where the chocolate is made.
Switzerland has four languages and four food cultures. Every parcel holds a little of each.

A small hello or the whole tour.
Hoi from Switzerland!
Anyone who has lived far from home knows the feeling when a parcel of treats arrives. The paper, the string, the smell of chocolate as you open it.
That is exactly the feeling we want to send. We work with small chocolate makers across the country, from Zurich to the Gotthard, and pack their best bars into one parcel.
We hope it brings a piece of Switzerland to your table.

↓ what is different?
Why not just buy it at the supermarket?
Because this chocolate comes from small workshops you won't find on any shelf. Three differences you can taste:
Small workshops, not factories
Bean-to-bar makers do everything themselves: roasting, grinding, conching, moulding. Often just a few thousand bars a year.
You know where the cocoa comes from
Every bar has its own origin, often a single farm or cooperative. The info card in the parcel tells you which.
A short list of ingredients
Many bars list only cocoa and sugar. No flavourings, no substitute fats, nothing that drowns out the cocoa.
In the makers' shops one of these bars costs around CHF 9–10. With us they come together, from four language regions, in one parcel. The bar from Sedrun comes from a confectioner and is not a bean-to-bar bar.

Without starting the car: the PostBus takes your parcel from Geneva past the Jura to Lucerne and Zurich, over the Oberalp into the Surselva and over the Gotthard into Ticino. About 500 kilometres, two Alpine passes, one bar at every stage.

Chocolate doesn't like heat. So we only ship from November to March, Monday to Wednesday. That way no parcel spends the weekend in a warm depot.
↓ good questions
Before you send one
Taster or Grand Tour?
The Taster has four bars, one from each language region. The Swiss Chocolate Grand Tour has six: two from German-speaking Switzerland, two from the Romandie, one from Ticino and one from Romansh-speaking Graubünden. Both come with an info card.
Kraft carton or red gift box?
Same chocolate. The kraft carton is plain and recyclable, made for treating yourself. The red gift box comes with a ribbon, made for giving.
Does anyone have to pay customs or VAT at the door?
Not in the EU. We pay import VAT and customs in advance, so the parcel arrives like a domestic one.
And allergens?
Small makers often process milk and nuts on the same machines, so traces are possible. The Romansh bar contains hazelnuts. The info card in the parcel lists all ingredients in English.
A tip for opening it?
Let the parcel sit at room temperature for an hour first. Otherwise cold chocolate gets a harmless white bloom in warm air. Then make yourself a tea and take your time.

Easter, summer cocoa and the UK.
One letter when the next parcel is ready. Nothing else.
